Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Executive with 1-2 years of experience in the EdTech industry, specializing in international markets including India, the Middle East, Asia, the Philippines, Russia, and Taiwan. The ideal candidate should have a strong track record in lead generation, revenue generation, and client relationship management within a B2B sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities in the target international markets.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients in the EdTech sector.
  • Generate high-quality leads through various sales channels, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
  • Present and promote company products and solutions to key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales support for clients.
  • Track and report sales performance using CRM tools and analytics.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitive landscape to refine sales strategies.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1-2 years of proven B2B sales International experience in the EdTech industry.
  • Strong exposure to international markets, particularly India, the Middle East, Asia, the Philippines, Russia, and Taiwan.
  • Excellent lead generation and revenue-generation skills.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.

Good to Have:

  • Experience in SaaS-based EdTech sales or subscription-based models.
  • Familiarity with online learning platforms and digital education trends.
  • Fluency in additional languages relevant to the target regions is a plus.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Salary Range:

  • As per industry standards.
