Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Frontend Developer with deep expertise in Next.js, Node.js, and Firebase to lead our CMS development and architect scalable web applications. This role requires proficiency in modern frontend technologies along with a robust understanding of dynamic programming and application architecture. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in both design and implementation, using popular libraries and tools such as shadcn, Tailwind CSS, Mantine Form Library, React Table, React Select, Axios, and Redux Toolkit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and develop a modern CMS using Next.js integrated with Firebase and Node.js backend services.
  • Design and implement scalable, high-performance frontend architectures using best practices.
  • Ensure dynamic content rendering, efficient data handling, and seamless user interactions.
  • Integrate and configure modern libraries (shadcn, Tailwind CSS, Mantine Form Library) to enhance UI/UX.
  • Collaborate with backend teams to integrate APIs using Axios and manage state effectively with Redux Toolkit.
  • Utilize React Table and React Select for interactive UI components.
  • Conduct code reviews, implement unit testing, and maintain CI/CD pipelines.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in web development, particularly in Next.js, Firebase, and Node.js.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong experience in Next.js, React, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Hands-on experience with Node.js, Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions), and SSR.

Expertise in integrating and utilizing:

  • shadcn for component management
  • Tailwind CSS for styling
  • Mantine Form Library for form handling
  • React Table & React Select for dynamic UI components
  • Axios for API integration
  • Redux Toolkit for state management
  • Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
  • Experience with state management, performance optimization, and modern frontend tooling.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

Good to Have:

  • Experience with static site generation (SSG) using Next.js.
  • Familiarity with build tools such as Turbopack.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git version control best practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 2-3 years of experience in frontend development, focusing on modern JavaScript frameworks, CMS solutions, and integrating diverse libraries and technologies.

Salary Range:

  • As per industry standards.
